VICTORY STORIES

  • Touch-a-Truck went very well, with an attendance of around 700—numerous young families from the community attended.
  • We recently celebrated an adult baptism and two adult confirmations. These folks connect with us long-distance, watching online from Australia.


STAFFING

  • Pastor Ben will be continuing his counseling program through Bethany Lutheran College.

GATHER

  • This summer’s attendance has been higher than usual summer attendance. We’ve welcomed numerous visitors, and more people are attending Discover.

GROUPS

  • The summer “Meaning-Centered Life” course has concluded, and a podcast series was developed to follow up on the course material.
  • Pastor Ben is preparing for the fall launch of the teen group.
  • Men’s Mentoring is getting refreshed for the fall, with the hope of pairing younger men with older men for the program.



GROW

  • A new course launched online to complement the Taboo series. A 3-week online cohort is planned in conjunction with our upcoming marriage series.

GENEROUS

  • General fund offerings were over $1 million in the past fiscal year, a 15%+ increase over the prior year.

GO

  • Our digital ads for the Touch-a-Truck event reached 31,000+ people, which resulted in 1,400+ event responses online. Overall, 2,100+ people expressed interest in the event online, and we saw an attendance of around 700.
  • New online initiatives are being prepped for launch this fall, including an effort honed in on our target audience and a new effort to reach a Spanish-speaking audience.



OTHER

  • Pastor Bill led the team through the final lessons of the “Sharing Jesus with One More” course.
  • The parking lot will be resealed and striped over the next two weeks. The handicapped parking spots will be relocated closer to the front entrance.
